It’s the little details that make your visit special. That’s why we use luxury toiletries in our bathrooms and liquid handwash from the Caurnie Soaperie in refillable dispensers beside all our basins. They manufacture all their products in Scotland.
Bluebells in Crieff take all the credit for the eye-catching floral arrangements.

Good food doesn’t just happen by magic which is why we support organisations which oppose the junk food culture.

Artist Sam McDonald

The walls of Barley Bree would be very bare without the work of local Perthshire artist Sam MacDonald. Sam, who describes himself as a “marine wildlife sculptor” studied metalwork and 3D design at Camberwell School of Art. He captures fish in pewter, copper, brass and gold leaf, using a range of tools he custom-makes for each artwork. A keen fisherman, his favourite species is the small brown trout.
