Baci di Dama

140g Hazelnuts (toasted, skinned or hazelnut flour)
140g Plain flour or rice flour
100g butter at room temperature
100g sugar
Pinch salt

Combine all ingredients in blender and blitz it into a dough
Rest dough in fridge for 1 hour
Weigh into small pieces of 5g and roll into balls
Cook in preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 20 minutes
Once cooked, allow to cool on a wire rack.

Stick two halves together with melted dark chocolate.
