Meat: Hare, partridge, venison;

Fish: Mackerel, Mussels, Oysters, Red mullet, Scallops, skate.

March

Vegetables: Kale, leeks, purple sprouting broccoli, Salsify, spinach, spring onions, wild nettles;

Fruit: Bananas, blood oranges, kiwi, lemons, oranges, passion fruit pineapple, rhubarb;

Meat: Venison;

Fish: Cockles, clams, dover sole, hake, lobster, mussels, re mullet, salmon, shrimp, winkles.

October-November

Vegetables: beetroot, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celeriac, chard, kale, leeks parsnips, pumpkin;

Fruit: apples, elderberries, pears;

Meat: duck, goose, hare, lamb, wild game birds;

Fish: cod, hake, lobster, mackerel, monkfish, sea bass, squid, oysters, whiting.
